Sterling Academy Youth (SAY) believes in the empowerment of young people. We deliver engaging and pedagogically structured workshops and assemblies, delivered by outstanding teachers and facilitators, to leave a long-term impact on the young people who engage with our sessions.
We believe the status quo in education is well rehearsed and has failed too many students (including those who have seemingly succeeded) with the absence of acquiring diverse critical thought and essential life long skills. In particular, the Covid-19 pandemic forced a paradigm shift and led to many educators considering: "Is our current approach to education getting the most out of ALL our young people?"
Our vision is to facilitate discussion by welcoming diverse opinions that represents every demographic. Our objective is to leave lasting imprints on conscientious young minds so that they can pioneer social change for an inclusive tomorrow.
